Our approach

Four appointments,
not four hundred.

Most patients reach the skin they wanted in under a year. We would rather discharge you than keep you on a rolling package — the plan has an end date from the first visit.

  1. 01
Consultation & imagingA 45-minute assessment with dermoscopy and standardised photography.
  2. 02
A written planYou leave with the plan, the cost and the expected timeline in writing.
  3. 03
Treatment phaseDelivered in the clinic, spaced properly, with your questions answered between visits.
  4. 04
Maintenance & dischargeA home routine that holds the result, and a review only when you need one.

The team

Small clinic. Senior hands.

Six clinicians, no rotating locums. You will see the same face at every appointment in your plan.

I had been on a rolling treatment plan somewhere else for three years. Lumière discharged me in nine months and my skin has held ever since.

Questions

Things people
ask us first.

Still unsure? Send us a photo and a sentence — a clinician replies within one working day, free.

Ask a clinician
Do I need a referral to be seen?

No. You can book directly. If you have a GP referral letter, bring it — it saves time on history taking but it is not required.

Is the consultation fee refunded?

The £95 consultation fee is deducted in full from your first treatment if you book within 90 days.

How much downtime should I expect?

It depends entirely on the treatment — from none for a light peel to 7–10 days for fractional CO₂. We give you an honest number before you book, not after.

Do you treat deeper skin tones?

Yes. Dr Adeyemi leads our skin-of-colour service, and our laser platforms and protocols are selected specifically for Fitzpatrick IV–VI safety.

Can I bring a photo instead of coming in?

For triage, yes. For anything involving a diagnosis, a lesion or a prescription, we need to see you in person at least once.
