Forty-five minutes with a dermatologist. Dermoscopy of anything of concern and standardised photography under the same lighting every time.
A written plan
You leave with the plan, the cost and the expected timeline in writing — before you have paid for anything beyond the consultation.
Treatment phase
Delivered in the clinic, spaced properly, with your questions answered between visits by the clinician who treated you.
Maintenance & discharge
A home routine that holds the result, and a review only when you actually need one. Discharge is the goal, not a failure.

Dr Aubert opened Lumière after eight years in a chain aesthetic clinic where the commercial target was repeat bookings. Everything here is arranged against that: no commission, no packages sold at the door, no treatment booked on the day of a first consultation.
It is a slower business model. It also means the clinic has a ninety-four per cent five-year retention rate among the patients we do discharge, because they come back when something new appears rather than because they were locked in.
