Included in every price

  • The clinician's time — no separate "procedure fee"
  • Aftercare instructions in writing
  • The review appointment listed against that treatment
  • Any dressings or immediate aftercare used on the day

Charged separately

  • Prescription medication, dispensed at your own pharmacy
  • Home skincare products, which you are never obliged to buy here
  • Histology on additional lesions beyond the one quoted

Payment and cancellation

Payment is taken on the day of treatment, not in advance. Courses can be paid per session. We ask for forty-eight hours' notice to cancel; inside that window we charge fifty per cent, and we waive it entirely for illness.

We do not offer finance, and we do not discount for booking multiple sessions on the day. Both create pressure to buy more than you need.
