How we hire

Why there are only six of us

Every clinician here is on a salary. Not one of them earns more by treating you more, and that single fact rules out most candidates who apply — the pay ceiling is lower than a commission-based clinic and we are upfront about it at first interview.

What replaces the commission is clinic time. Consultations are forty-five minutes because nobody is being measured on throughput, and the two-week review after an injectable is built into the price rather than sold separately.

Currently recruiting

  • Dermatology Specialty Doctor — three days a week
  • Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber — maternity cover, 12 months

Send a CV and a paragraph on why a salaried clinic appeals to you. Tom reads all of them.

Meet one of them.

Consultations are unhurried, and nothing is booked on the day.
